Neobotix PlatformCtrl is a software for controlling mobile platforms.
The development started in year 2000 with then groundbreaking features. Initially designed for differential drives only, it was possible to navigate freely in the environment with natural landmarks using laser scanners. With the introduced concept of Neobotix Roadmaps, the transition from conventional transportation systems to freely navigating systems was simplified. With the extension of the range of functions for various applications, possibilities for controlling other types of kinematics were also created. In addition to the control of Neobotix drive-turn-modules, vehicles with Mecanum wheels and other omnidirectional drive types can also be operated with Neobotix PlatformControl.
